Jetstream Woe
Having recently ordered a penn ppt jetstream rod off you for a very good price.It was delivered in less than 24 hours. Brilliant service..However on its first trip whilst casting a 3oz lead for mackerel the tip section snapped in half and was lost at sea....bugger!! I phoned up veals and told of my woe, and they called me back within the hour. They said they would send me a new rod, of which again they did within 24 hours. Though the rod was obviously faultly Veal's rectified the situation as promptly and efficiently as could be done.Thankyou Veal's, i'm very impressed and will recommend you to all fishers out there!!!!cheers!!
