There is nothing like a long walk to your peg to give you time to think. It was during a particularly long trek along Chesil that Julian Shambrook decided there must be a more comfortable way to carry your gear. Rucksacks are OK but you can not sit on them and if you have loads of gear to organise and carry then a box takes some beating. From this the first ideas for the Boxpack were born. After several prototypes and a few tweaks the final product was created.

The carrying harness has the comfort and padding of the best rucksack plus waist and chest straps to spread the load. The box itself is held in strong webbing and fastened in place with quick release clips.

To complement the Boxpack there is a matching Baitpack which fits perfectly on top of the angling standard Beta box. The Baitpack is insulated to keep your bait fresh and is big enough to take several 2 pint bait boxes, cat litter trays and boxes of squid. It straps to the Boxpack so it cannot fall off and the straps also allow it to be fitted to a tripod in the manner of a tripod net.

These items are not available yet but the first delivery is due in February and we are now taking advanced orders by phone as initial supplies could be limited.
