We are committed to providing quality products at competitive prices from trusted suppliers. Our prices are regularly reviewed to ensure we provide our customers with good value at a competitive and fair price.
From time to time our prices may increase or decrease due to market forces outside of our control. There are many reasons that can affect prices from raw material cost, production schedules, exchange rates and transportation. These all lead to price increases or decreases.
UK Mainland - Small slim items can be sent at a Large Letter rate of £1.75. Larger tackle orders up to 1kg are sent as 1st class small packet for £3.50. (over 1kg 1st class reverts to 'Next Working Day' for £6.95)
Large Items, clothing, boots, boxes, rods, rod rests, etc and orders over 1kg will be sent by 'Next Working Day' (* see notes 1, 2 and 3) delivery at £6.95 (U.K. Mainland only)
Urgent orders received before 2pm may be sent next working day (* see notes 1 and 2) at a cost of £6.95 (U.K. Mainland only)
DPD Saturday delivery is available on parcels of up to 1 metre going to a UK Mainland address (* see notes 4 and 5) - £12.00

Isle of Wight - up to 1kg 1st class £3.50. Large items up to 1m DPD £6.95. Long parcels over 1m FedEx - £15.00
Scottish Highlands - up to 1kg 1st class £3.50 Large items up to 1m DPD 2 day service £10.00. For longer items please contact us for a quote.
Scottish Islands - up to 1kg 1st class £3.50 Large items up to 1m DPD 2 day service £15.00. For longer items please contact us for a quote.
Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly - up to 1kg - 1st class £3.50. Large items up to 1m DPD 2 day service £20.00. For longer items please contact us for a quote
Channel Islands - up to 1kg - 1st class £3.50. Large items up to 1m Skynet 3/4 day service £20.00. For longer items please contact us for a quote
Northern Island - up to 1kg - 1st class £3.50. Large items up to 1m DPD 2 day service £10.00. For longer items please contact us for a quote
Republic of Ireland - Small items up to 2kg will be sent by registered and insured air-mail at cost. Larger items up to 1 metre will be sent with Skynet at £11.00. Longer items go with a courier at a cost of £19.50.
Europe - Small items will be sent by registered air mail at cost. Larger items up to 1 metre will be sent by Skynet. For longer items please contact us for a postage quote.
Rest of World - Small items up to 2kg will be sent by registered and insured air-mail at cost. Lager items can be sent by courier at cost.
Overseas customers - If your order exceeds the shopping cart's limits, please email us at email@example.com
Note 1 - Next working Day deliveries despatched on a Friday will be delivered on Monday (exc bank holidays). Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday (exc bank holidays) for delivery on Tuesday
Note 2 - Next day deliveries are not available to N. Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Scottish highlands and islands and delivery may take up to 7 working days (Channel Islands can take up to 8 days)
Note 3 - Couriers normally deliver between 8.00am and 6.00pm but we regret that we are unable to give a delivery time or guarantee either am or pm delivery
Note 4 - Saturday and Sunday deliveries are only available for items under 1 metre in length
Note 5 - Orders for Saturday or Sunday delivery MUST be placed before 2pm on Friday.
The VAT will be removed from all orders being sent outside of the UK and EU (Including the Channel Islands) before your account is charged.
Non EU exports may be liable to import duties which have to be paid on receipt and over which we have no control.
Warranty & Guarantee - Most of our products come with a full manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defect, normally for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please note this warranty only covers faults caused by manufacturing defect and will not cover any faults which are a result of neglect, misuse, modification or general wear and tear. If a product becomes faulty during use please contact us and we will advise you how to make a warranty claim. (This does not affect your statutory rights).
Warranty & Guarantee exceptions
(*1) - ROD RINGS - Please note rod rings are fragile and susceptible to damage should a rod be dropped or misused. Most manufacturers will NOT replace a rod which has been used just because it has a damaged ring so please make sure to check all rod rings before first use of the fishing rod and report any problems to us within 7 working days of receiving the rod and before the rod has been used.
(*2) - MAINTAINANCE - Salt water is a very corrosive environment and you have a duty of care to ensure that the item purchased is cleaned and maintained correctly after use. Failure caused by lack of maintenance will be deemed as negligence and will not be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
If for any reason you are not totally happy with our goods or services and have a complaint, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. All complaints will be acknowledged personally, within 5 working days. We will endeavour to reach a solution with you within 7 working days. All complaints will be logged so that we can monitor them for internal usage only.
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason then you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. You have 14 days from receiving the product, within which time you may return it. Please notify us before returning the item and also make sure to include your name, address and instructions with the returned item.
The cost of the goods and the standard delivery charge, if any, will be refunded, so long as the goods are unused and in saleable condition. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the goods are of resalable condition before being returned. We retain the right to deduct upto 20% of the value of the goods if the goods returned are deemed unfit for resale.
Your postage charges for the return of the goods will not be refunded and the goods are your responsibility until received by us. For returning expensive items we recommend that you use registered post.
