Description

Sonik Gravity X5 HT 154 – Length 15′ 4” – Casting 4 – 8oz

This all new version of the Gravity HT is built on Sonik’s latest X5 Super lightweight high modulus carbon blank which incorporates multi-directional nanofibers in the tip for faster response and improved casting performance. The hollow carbon (HT) power tip gives good lead control through the cast and helps with playing larger fish in less favourable conditions.

An advanced overhead casting style allows the Sonik Gravity X5 HT 154 to achiev very long casts with the optimum 150gm sinker and bait but should conditions dictate you can comfortably step up to 175gm+ if needed.

The Sonik Gravity X5 HT 154 is at the upper end of the Continental rod spectrum and although not an out and out rough ground rod it is a beautiful rod for fishing at range on a range of different beaches for fish such as hounds and rays. The tip sensitivity gives superb bite indication allowing you to confidently target smaller species as well.

Fittings are in keeping with the rods high quality and it has Fuji Alconite K guides, Fuji DPS reel seat and shrink wrap lower handle for improved grip when casting.
