Spooligan Grippa is an upgraded rod rest head which gives improved grip and support compared to the standard heads supplied on most rod rests.
The Spooligan Grippa provides a positive yet soft grip on the rod. This greatly reduces the risk of your rod being knocked or pulled out of the rest by a fish. The soft grip still allows you to easily pick the rod out of the Spooligan Grippa when you need to react to a bite.
The clever design of the Spooligan Grippa also provides secure support to the rod if you like to lean it on the stand ‘backwards’ whilst baiting up or changing rigs.
The Spooligan Grippa is easy to fit and just pushes onto the flat bar as used to make the double head on the Golds tripod and similar style rod rests.
