The Toit Fishing Plier Jaws are precision-engineered modular jaws designed for use with Toit Fishing AL plier handles. Built in the United Kingdom, these high-performance components showcase advanced engineering and a focus on durability, precision, and control for serious lure anglers.

Part of Toit’s innovative modular system, these jaws utilise patent-pending technology that allows anglers to customise and maintain their pliers with interchangeable components. Designed specifically for split ring work, they deliver exceptional accuracy and control when opening and fitting split rings on lures and hooks.

Manufactured using 5-axis CNC machining to an ultra-fine tolerance of approximately 30 microns, the jaws offer outstanding precision. This level of accuracy allows anglers to open split rings in a controlled manner, reducing the risk of overstretching and weakening the metal, which can lead to tackle failure.

The Toit Fishing Plier Jaws are made from hardened 440C stainless steel, providing excellent corrosion resistance and long-lasting cutting edge durability in both freshwater and saltwater environments. The design supports split ring sizes from #1 to #12, making them suitable for a wide range of lure fishing applications.

The system features a two-stage functionality, allowing for controlled and progressive opening of split rings. This provides improved grip and stability, ensuring the ring is held firmly during use while allowing precise adjustment to avoid exceeding the material’s limits.

Compatible with Toit Fishing AL handles, which are billet machined from 6082-T6 aluminium and finished with a Cerakote ceramic-polymer coating, the complete system offers outstanding resistance to corrosion, wear, UV exposure, and chemicals. The all-metal construction eliminates the need for plastic or rubber components, ensuring long-term reliability.

The design is also compatible with Toit leather sheaths and holders (sold separately).
