• As of September 2022, you can gain points on purchases made directly from the Veals Mail Order website (https//:www.veals.co.uk) only.
• You can earn loyalty points on each purchase only if you have registered an account on the website*.
• *The previous VMO Members scheme and customer account system is no longer valid so you will need to create a new account
• Creating an account is easy from our website. Just click the ‘Login/Register’ icon in the top right corner of the website and follow the simple steps to register. (You can also create an account at checkout if placing an order) We are unable to set up accounts over the ‘phone.
• Make sure to sign up for our ‘Newsletter’ in order to get notification of any special online promotions and point bonus offers
• You must have an account in order to earn and redeem loyalty points. You can start earning loyalty points from your first on-line purchase once an account has been created. Points cannot be backdated to previous orders. (Points can NOT be earned from telephone or mail orders)
• Points will be added to your account within 24hrs of your purchase.
• Loyalty points do not have any cash value and cannot be used or exchanged for money. You can also not transfer your points to anyone else or any other website.
• Loyalty points are awarded based on the value of your order – £1.00 spend equals 2 VMO Loyalty point
• Each point is worth £0.01 (subject to change without notice)
• Cost of delivery is not included.
• If you wish to refund or cancel your purchase any awarded loyalty points will be deducted from your account.
• Points can be accumulated and redeemed on any order, but you must redeem the full balance in a single transaction
• You may cancel your account at any time, however any loyalty points remaining will be forfeited and voided. You cannot swap or exchange loyalty points for any monetary equivalent, as mentioned above.
• All account holder’s loyalty points will expire and be forfeited 36 months (3 years) from the original date they were earned.
