About Gemini Tackle
Founded in 1991 by the late Tony Caton, Gemini started life as a company who developed specialist shore and boat fishing leads with a unique interchangeable head that could be swapped out for an alternative to suit conditions. Before long, the Gemini brand extended in to terminal tackle with everything from link clips, swivels and beads developed for the keen rig maker. Gemini continues to produce leads and have extended that range further still by catering for the lead making enthusiast with a range of lead moulds that cast the famed leads. Gemini are considered true innovators of terminal tackle and one of their most recent additions, the Splash Down Solo bait clip is considered to be one of the most effective bait clips ever invented. Gemini remains a family run, UK based business fronted by the grandson of the company’s original founder, Wes Caton.
