The Penn Tidal Elite Hybrid K-Type 450 is is the flagship of the PENN Tidal surf casting concept.
These blanks have been years in development. Working together with some of the best experts in Europe, the elite series it built by the elite, to give you the best possibilities you can find in a surf rod.
