The Penn Tidal XR Multilength Hybrid Tip is part of the new and exclusive PENN Tidal surfcasting concept.

The Penn Tidal XR Multilength Hybrid Tip has a very slim and lightweight blank which is made of a mixture of 30T and 40T carbon. The responsive blank also features carbon X-wrap technology, which makes the blank even more powerful and reduces twisting, resulting in improved casting accuracy and extreme casting properties.

The ‘Multilength’ element of the Penn Tidal XR Multilength Hybrid Tip is an extra 60cm section which you can fit between the butt and mid sections. This allow you to extend the rod from its standard 4.20m to 4.80m

The sensitive, solid tip of the Penn Tidal XR Multilength Hybrid Tip helps to make sure that you do not miss spotting a single bite.

Finished with Saltwater proof Fuji Alconite Lowrider guides and a special X-shrink casting grip, these rods are finished in the best possible way. The Lowrider guides give improved casting performance with light nylon and braid reel lines.
